Bull Shit same old Bull Shit the Bears Suck.
The Chicago Bears identity is simple…….Smash Mouth Football. Defense finally showing it, now it’s time for an OC who can do the same on the offensive side. We play outdoors in cold weather so the ground game is pivotal. Wear and grind teams down. Enough of running the ball out of the shotgun! 😂
was good start on the re-build thk in next few years bears gonna roar
THE MCSUCKSKEYS ARE CONTROLLING THE TEAM AGAIN. FORCING POLES/WARREN TO KEEP FLUS.
I don't imagine a good OC will want to come work under a lame duck HC. It's gunna fuck up Fields/new QB development again.
WARREN GOT ME HYPEDDD
How we know Warren didn’t say “ he’s got one more year “ or something like that
Justin is mentally and emotionally super tough. He endured the terrible Getsy destruction and outlasted him😅😅
My man Justin Fields…
Same old same old.
What happened to Carolina this year was the Titanic hitting that iceberg, ship sunk, passengers, crew and captain all went down. Bears? The captain avoids the iceberg, brings everyone home safe to shore but the people greeting the captain at shore want him to jump into the lake and drown himself.
Makes no sense. Keeping 'Flus was the right thing to do regardless of what the fans think. Good on Poles and Warren. Let's build this right.
Maybe Pete Carrol in Alabama
I don't think Flus is going to be a lameduck coach. I think he has a longer leash than we think.
When evaluating head coaches, you're supposed to talk to several coaching candidates and get to know their views on how they will improve the offense / defense, and then you decide! You know, like how you are supposed to judge QBs by taking your time to talk to several QB candidates, get to know them, see if their skills set is a good fit, and then decide! What the Bears did (because Ryan Poles and Kevin Warren are INCOMPETENT) is only talk to the current head coach and then make up their minds in 1 day. Why Ryan and Kevin don't know this basic concept on how to hire a good head coach demonstrates Bears front office INCOMPETENCE! #MathDon'tLie
Thank u pat I said that I definitely can see that coming getsy going back to green bay with his opp 🤡🗑 ass keep fields build around him with the right coaches with weapons
Can you interview someone when you have not fired the Head Coach? Cause that's what you all are asking…back channels interviews he wouldn't be able to tell the public so y'all should ease up on that thought
@9:45…. emotion has nothing to do with it. If the locker room sees Fields as the leader that's it
Poles would darn fool to take away a productive QB who the locker room respects. Being non emotional means being smart. Taking away Fields that's dumb
@18:12 …. not enough explosiveness. Fields is a explosive QB who needs plays designed to unleash that explosiveness
Quick note…if ya wanna talk not being emotional, then maybe Eberflus should've been fired. Think about it
@41:25…. If I'm doing the hiring and a OC says he can't work with Fields, then he's 👉the wrong OC.
I'm looking for a OC to take Fields to the next level. Remember…. a good coach and the right coach, designs around the existing talent.
If a OC doesn't think he can do it with Fields, then I'd say thanks for your time. And bring in the next OC candidate.
@49:19…. As we look back, I wonder if it was Claypool or Getsy. Claypool did say he wasn't used properly.
Is it any chance Bears can get USC line blockers & WRs elite make any QB look good?.
They only wanted to play for Saban because they knew they’d get that bag!
On the subject of looking at other head coaches. In my opinion, it was not being “safe”, it’s about stability. Kevin Warren addressed this talking about his time with the Rams when Dick Vermiel was 10-24 over his first 2 years and won a Superbowl in year 3. Flus performed as the head coach by stepping up and leading the defense, and improving it in season. That’s how Poles operates, it makes sense. I feel like standing behind Flus as the UNQUESTIONED leader says stability, and still being willing to say Getsy did not improve, he is gone shows humility and an ability to adjust where it is obviously needed.
So glad they got rid of getsy and his regime because he sucked and was a snake didn't take any ownership to bad play calling and not developing Justin Fields
24:00 I think much like fields you would compare Flus year two to all those guys you mentioned. It is not fair to expect Flus to be at there current levels when they also had a chance to grow. Any HC needs experience look at Kevin Stefansky and he had a 1st overall pick to work with in Baker who has the Bucs in the playoffs.
Here is a little hope for Bears fans
Dick Vermeil first 3 years head coach of St.Louis Rams
5-11
4-11
13-3* won super bowl
However Rams had Kurt Warner the super bowl year..
Bears have nothing at QB
In reference to Courtney, I love that question.
My Problem with Flus is he looks at GB as just another Game when i was George he would be in my Office for an History Lesson and not in a calm Matter
I like JJ but his shoulder is an issue. He struggles to make tackles because he is scared of getting hurt and when he does make big hits he is out for then next three weeks because of it. Poles needs to hold firm at 18 mil max
Genuine question but pertaining to people wanting “due diligence” done for head coaching candidates to replace Flus, how often in the NFL are head coached being interviewed by a team that has a head coach currently on staff, is that something that actually happens? I feel if they wanted to look at coaches they wouldve had to move on from Flus but he did keep the team together, he turned around the defense and tbh this is really year 1 for learning to win for him, are people really convinced that he cannot take feedback from his players in those interviews and learn from the mistakes of this year and lead a winning bears season next year?
Ain’t heard JMack this fired up
We as a fan need to see an all pro offensive line period, every team including Houston has a great or good offensive line. Let’s be real! What would C.J. Strod be if he was a rookie behind Chicago offensive line starting with the rookie year of Justin Fields? Yes sometimes Fields held the ball too long but why because he’s been on his ass more than any other QB in the last three years and also why is our QB has the best rushing yards on the team with three good running backs and a fully. Chicago has to evaluate these questionable situations?
