Do you plan to go off HRT at some point and see if your joint pain and other negative symptoms have dissipated?
I'm 65 – about 10 years post menopause. Also a runner. What helped me (I think) was SAM-E. Also a combination of turmeric, boswelia, and tart cherry. I'm pleased to say I've done 21 marathons and ultramarathons, most in the past 10 years. A lot slower and heavier than I used to be though.
