Today I’m finding out how many Mario kart eight deluxe tracks you could drive on in real life. I am going to be covering the booster course pass for this video. In my last video I covered the base game.
I used the Mario kart eight deluxe trailer linked here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKlRN2YpxRE
and i also used a lot of pngs in this video from the Mario wiki
https://www.mariowiki.com/
All music is from Mario Kart 8 or wii.

Very glad you uploaded a follow up to the last video! Also, don't be disheartened if this doesn’t get as many views as the last one. You definitely got lucky that your last video got pushed by the algorithm, but that has definitely helped you to start gaining a following you absolutely deserve! In terms of videos, just try and do more silly ideas that you enjoy making!
Did I, or did I not say I'd watch a part 2 of this?
You are very underrated
Also I am going to subscribe right now
Real life places in Mario kart but in real life. XD
10:00 global warming
Thx for listening to my music park comment!
Counterargument: In Rainbow Road (8 and Wii and maybe 3DS to some extent), you are close to Earth (and multiple planets for 3DS), meaning there could be some gravity there. However that does wuestion hie the station is afloat for the 8 version, but there could be other reasons
Yes I do know you're using Earth gravity as reference, just wanted to say
The jump on to the ice on Rosalina’s Ice World is actually possible if you drift out a mini turbo before going off the ramp.
Mario Circuit 3 is the 3rd Mario Circuit in the game, not the 4th. In order, we have:
Mario Circuit from 8,
GBA Mario Circuit
SNES Mario Circuit 3
DS Mario Circuit
I do want to point out that Rosalina's ice world would be possible on all three laps because a real car would be able to accelerate fast enough to skip the gap in the ice on laps two and three as well as being able to do some precise driving in-game to use a mini turbo boost to just make the gap and land on the ice.
It’s crazy how talented you are at making videos even with so little experience (at least on this channel). You did a great job at the overall pacing and the video was really entertaining! Can’t wait to see what vids you have planned for the future! (Also I guess toad is just the goat at track design, since all of his courses were drivable in real life)
10:07 It's actually possible to avoid the water in every round if you have mushrooms, the question now is: does it count if you need items?
Rosalinas ice world is actually possible on 200cc the world record does it.
Funny you say unique courses and then when you are saying you show a not unique
I like how the way you described dk summit implied you would take the car up the ski lift
Thanks for doing the DLC! Great vid!
10:10 this is actually incorrect. You can make the jump onto the ice after lap 1, in fact the staff ghost does on lap 3
The music transitions are really loud. They're better in this video than they were in the last one, where it almost hurt my ears. But you should still be careful.
2:15 IS NO ONE GONNA TALK ABOUT THAT INSANE GREEN SHELL LUCK
10:08 Not true. With a precise half pipe boost, I made the jump. Rosalina’s Ice World is, in fact, possible. 16/48*
Choco Mountain: If the bridge hadn't been destroyed there it'd be driveable.
Coconut Mall: A prepped rally car could probably do that.
Waluigi Stadium: 100% doable. I wouldn't drive it with a factory stock civic but a prepped rallycross car would probably be able to handle it.
Snow Land: You'd definitely lose your front bumper on that jump, but if you carry enough speed into it you can probably make it without too much issue.
Sunset Wilds: This is the kind of terrain you'd see in the Baja 500.
London Loop, Berlin Byways: The stairs would be impossible for a sedan but a truck or SUV could climb them without a hitch.
SNES Bowser's Castle 3: Once again, there's a video of a stock Subaru Outback successfully climbing a sand dune. The angle of that is actually steeper than this track.
Rainbow Road: You actually wouldn't just keep going up in space – relative to whatever object you're orbiting, anyway. You'd still drift away from the course, though.
I think the ones you said aren't good because of antigravity can be good because of Tour not having Anti-gravity and having those 2 tracks.
been waiting for this for a few days, amazing videos i love this little series
It is here! If Choco Mountain and Sky Garden were how they were in Mario Kart 64 and DS, it would totally be drivable, with the exception of the boulders of course.
that was fast
This was a cool series! Excited to see what do next
In 200cc the jump in Ice World is 100% possible, and if I'm not mistaken most cars can go way faster than the ones in MarioKart.
I'd say that steepness of Merry Mountain would make it unlikely and not so much that anti-grav ramp.
This is just listing all the boring tracks lol
I'm glad that he at least changed to the GLA car. This video series was pretty disappointing. It would be cool if he actually modified the game to give the car realistic properties, or at least measure the angles of anti-gravity or the distance of drops. It would have been better if he classified tracks by levels of plausibility
The acorn is a power up from New Super Mario Bros U 9:15
It’s funny that Singapore Speedway isn’t realistically drivable considering part of it is used for Formula 1.
I do want to quickly point out one thing on Daisy Cruiser….
The Mk7 revamp of the Engine room is so confusing since the visuals aren't enough to show what they intended it to be. It went from a Engine room to a On-Ship Aquarium, but the colorscheme of the aquarium is terrible and would make the fish unhealthy. Though I suppose that point is null and void when you ram full speed into it with a Honda Civic.
With Rosalina's ice world, you can clear the lap 3 jump by using the half-pipe bits and i know cause i do it every time
Well none of the rainbow roads would be drivable because internal combustion engines don’t work without air, and car batteries cannot withstand the temperature of the vacuum of space.
10:08 might be possible with a faster car
Thx for the video chad xd
Whats the music at 5:24 ?
this concept is so fun and well executed this needs more views
Rosalinas ice world is possible with enough speed and some beefy suspension like trophy trucks have
7:13
It was like that since 7, just without the antigravity and half pipes.
subscribed. both this video and the last one were amazing!
800th sub!
Finally someone who agrees with me that they ruined the tunnel section of koopa cape, like why did they get rid of the shockers??????
Rosalina's ice world is possible, if you release a mini turbo at the same time you trick off the ramp it gives you enough speed to always land on top of the ice 10:08
My only question is: How do you not have more subs?!?!! (I subbed btw) but I really liked both of your mariokart videos!!! I would really love a mariokart 64 or double dash version of this video!!! Keep making awesome content pls!!!
Mario kart 9 better be more realistic… I’m getting REAL sick of all this tomfoolery
This video's criteria:
Is there a glider section?: not posibble
There isnt a glider section?: posibble
