  1. I spent a 1.5k for a set of LumberJack gear and I'm lucky if I get some bottled tree sap after about 30 trees. Utter Shyte. That being said I have 1.5% Luck+ on a few pieces of Armour and I have picked up the T4 Legendary spear 'Violent Dissent' schematic twice in 3 days.

  2. Stumbled upon a stacked deck earlier on in the game as a level 42 in first light lvl 17 area, had no maybe 2 pieces of luck gear on me, I now have the basic luck trophy and a full set and really struggle to get anything significant even in higher tier areas when looking through chests. There’s gotta be more to this

  3. I doubt he will get the same results with mining. I have farmed 20k Orichalcum ore and have only received 5 gem drops and zero legendary drops. I have 43.7% luck boost based on gear and and single minor miner trophy. I maybe below the luck threshold for these drops but I doubt it.

  4. increased luck = bigger drop pool different items are locked behind to different luck scores for example void ore is locked behind 1800 luck, you cant get it if you are under that. There are items that are currently impossible to get because they need luck that hasn't been reached in any server.

  5. So what food would increase luck for looting chests and getting rarer drops from bosses/mobs? From what I have seen there are only luck foods for gathering such as mining, harveting etc.

  6. So, what I understood reading the post it is that luck right now is just to set a threshold to enable the item to drop?

For example, an item needs a minimum of 1500 luck to drop, but the drop rate is, for example, 3% in any case.

  7. Cool of you to show this feed but there's been a couple small youtubers already do a lot of this testing and talk about the gates for luck and extra resource gathering some have done way more than 1k boars. you should try and check some of those out to shout out. I remember back in the day when you were a very small channel and the only reason I ever found yours was because ppl like schizo and YDCB had mentioned you, maybe pay it forward by using some of the smaller channels content when you explain things like this because I've seen you do videos about the same things smaller tubers had already done so you could just like link theirs and show a clip or even just a mention js….

  8. I may be crazy but my friends and I swear there is almost a hidden cooldown when it comes to legendary drops. My buddy and I both mined Ori for days straight seeing pretty plentiful drops but after we got to a certain point drops became non-existant with going dry for almost 8 hours of only mining Ori. Has anyone else experienced this?

  9. Thank you for good video once again! I found myself stacked deck and i decided use it for my luck trophy upgrade instead of selling it. I removed my minor loot trophy from my house to go and upgrade it, but it dosen't appeared in my inventory if i left my house, so i have question, if i ever wanna upgrade my luck trophy to tier 5, and i cant get my basic trophy in my inventory, i have to get more stacked decks? Sorry for bad english, maybe you can understand. Cheers!

  10. Anyone know how rare the "Ember stone" is (or what it generally sells for)? Found it farming the Weavers Fen route, it's used to make a decently cool looking furnishing item "Rustic stone stove". I have none on sale on my server (the item or the stove).

  11. That article isn't accurate. +% luck scales based on the size of the loot table. (or sides of the die) As an example, a table that can roll between 1 and 100,000 would have 1% luck count as +1,000 luck. A table that can roll up to 10,000 would have 1% luck count as 100. His research has many assumptions and fallacy. He would need to know the size of the main loot table and sub tables for boars. There is much more research needed than just killing 1,000 boars before a conclusion should be made.

  12. How luck works.
Base luck, always a chance to get something rare.
Additional luck, boosts the above rate.
Food point luck, removes the limitation on rare items and moves them to the 1st list.
