Probably thought up of the phenon system to prevent bots from buying and selling on the market (cuz u can only get it via certain quests or cash shop)….but yea….it gets irritating in late game…

I found out the hard way that buying things costs peons, maybe its because I wasn't really paying attention but its such a pointless system and definitely in the game to milk players more.
I thought id buy out some cheap t3 stuff at 1g each to dismantle for mats to resell, and it was profitable, but not worth the 75 peons i lost without noticing haha 😆
Dumb system just means less ways of making gold unless you want to invest into a decayed system
Pheons should have a way to be obtainable in a way that is not bot-farmable , like a mini-game that changes everyday or a quick riddle that you need to type the answer

While I get that it's a way of trying to combat gold sellers and what not, it's really not effective – just becomes a cost of doing business, and the gold sellers have plenty to pay that cost.

I think Pheons is made for the game to make profit on the Market/Auction, and it makes gold valuable
For me everything works fine in Lost Ark, everything is related, but yes they can do better changes, everything is fine but not perfect yet

Why is asmon complaining about a mechanic that has never hindered him in the slightest way possible. We’ve gotten hundreds of free Phoen. He says it makes the average player experience worse but the average player probably didn’t even know pheon existed.

But on T3 to get gold you sell stuff, which is also GEAr… so theres the chicken and egg problem, or w/e .. to sell and get gold u need pheons that copst gold …. so.. Yea… and not being able to put items that ara tradable to roster storage is absolutely re—-ed
Pheons were created because people were skipping massive parts of the game by just buying their gear off the market. It's supposed to limit the amount you buy off the auction house and drive people back out into the game world.

I don't think the average player has this problem with pheons. The fact that he couldn't even demonstrate how he needs pheons to send gear to his alts shows how this is a non-issue. If you are playing enough to have several tier 3 alts, you probably have the gold to buy couple hundred pheons. Plus the game gives you a good amount for free.
I see so many people being big mad about things with this game but I say this. If you don't like shit in a fucking game don't play. If you don't like how other play who gives a fuck ignore them. Play games for fun or for your enjoyment. I don't agree woth majority of lost ark systems but I'm not gonna bitch about it. I'm just gonna not play and move on with life because it's not worth it to waste energy ragging and going at people about how they play and what not. Let's all just play what we enjoy and play how we enjoy it and be done with it. Also every mmo has whales in them it's just kept more quiet in some mmos more then others. But who cares as long as your favorite mmo remains online play and be happy jesus.

ironically, i think pheons do improve the experience of the average players. With the amount of free pheons we receive from the game, i doubt the average players is running out of pheons. I just reach 1340, might be wrong as each trade takes up a lot more pheons it seems
