I feed lots of sprouts to my worms. Deer corn, wheat berries, beans, lentils. I recently had a wet worm bin with standing water. After adding a quart of dry deer corn, the excess water was absorbed. A month later the worms were still eating those sprouts. Great slow food.
I started using wheatgrass a few months ago. The worms really like them. Always find baby worms in roots. Thanks for sharing the video.
I saw Captain Matt do this a couple months ago and I thought it was brilliant. I'm glad to see his methods being passed along. I just uploaded his way of making a simple Worm 🪱 Tea and a second video showing what the Castings looks like after being aerated for the 24 hours. Amazing Gold 🤎💩🤎 for the Garden.
Wow the castings out performed the no growing medium. Very staggering results. I wonder if peat moss or a potting soil mix was used if they would look more similar or the castings would crush them too.
