It’s so inspiring and amazing when I see people on the internet like you who have shown so much growth because we only get to see a few change for their own good (ie. lifestyle, mental health, physical health, setting their own personal goals, working towards their dreams with such passion, etc.)

You should do a podcast-like series where you just talk about what's going on in life while doing something autopilot worthy like a hobby, gaming, chores, etc 😀
