  1. Seth! @ 35:35 you could have forced a win if you cast flame of anor. Cast Flame in response to his Creativity, since Tamiyo is a wizard you get 2 modes use 1 to kill a dwarf token use the other to destroy the treaure token putting him to 1 open mana and since 1 dwarf died he only gets 1 archon and you one discard 1 card leaving you with Twin and Exarch in hard and with only 1 R/G land open I doubt he had interaction for it.

  2. Seems like a big issue with twin is not knowing when to twin because you don't know if the opponent has an answer. What if you went into grixis and played thoughtseize so that you can take their answer and then twin, or at the very least know that they have an answer

  3. Every video, Seth says "I don't think we go for the win on the earliest possible turn, because the opponent may have an answer," then waits 8 turns to ensure that the opponent definitely has an answer first before going for it.

  4. As you said; The combo is far from being the oppresive monster it used to be. Worst case scenario, Splinter becomes a tier 1 as a control deck that low-rolls the combo, and I think that's healthy for the format.
