Humans have a need for speed, and since the invention of the wheel, we have been obsessed with going faster and faster! Check out today’s epic video that looks back at how humans got faster through technological advancements and what our current top speed actually is!

99.9999% the speed of light.
Just you won't be an "alive" human.
Clark Griswalds Circular Sled 🛷 went FAST
Hyper-X RAM 😂😂 love to see tech jokes in videos that aren't even related
I CAST THUNDER SPELL🌩🌩🌩
Where kilometers ?
cough coughhypersonic had been possible since the 50scough coughhabitual linecrossercough coughThat is not the correct pronunciation of Chiron 😔
I think we all need to show down.
One thing, you cant go fast as light thats for sure
At the module at 9:01 is shown backwards for re-entry
TO THE SPEED OF LIGHT 🚨
Is Ukraine still winning Mr Infographics Show? 😅
Man y'all didn't include Pluto wtf
where to?
Mach numbers are not applicable to travel outside an atmosphere. Also the orientation of re-entry was completely incorrect for the shuttle and Apollo.
Big thanks from the majority of the world, for including kilometers
7000 miles per hour = 11265.4 kilometers per hour
"How Fast Can Humans Go" …. spends 10 minutes talking about unmanned vehicles….
This is a reuploaded videos
What's your top speed? 176mph in a 800 horsepower mustangs mine.
Paul walker enters chat…
Large hadron collider? Almost speed of light?
Over 4200 buttloads of fuel
I think the man-hole cover got wiped out at that speed… it's shape would have caused it to be heated up and disintegrated!
I was hoping we would be talking about vehicles not in vacuum or helped by gravity, as that feels like cheating. I would like a list where the complete lag of drag and gravity does not play a role. Like in the thumbnail. Everyone that understands physics, understands it's not really an achievement to go fast in a spacecraft. Like how it wouldn't be more awesome if an alien race broke our speed record because they happened to throw something into a black hole if they lived close by. It's all about gravity. A shame the facts about the Parker solar probe was its speed. So much ingenuity, and we talk about its speed.
I have always liked the thought that the manhole cover will end up in the front windshield of E.t.'s ship a million years from now.
Both space shuttle disasters had a crew member from Washington state which is kinda weird
1:10 And don't forget about testing the G force limits of on Dr, John Stapp.
12:30 Carl Sagan went on the Johnny Carson show in 1977 to talk about his new book and the launch of the Voyage probes. As it happened John Denver was guest hosting at the time, and as you may know, Denver was a huge space enthusiast. He mentioned the record and "complained" that they had not included any of his songs.
Carl just said, "Well, we wanted to include only the best."
Usain Bolt enters the chat
Ice speed skating is the fastest human-powered sport unaided by machines.
If we never stopped developing the space shuttle we would probably be doing some very cool stuff about now
sooooo how fast can a human go
complete question sentence – how fast can humans go if you and your gang of elite secret societies set them free
Speed has never killed someone…
It's definitely pronounced "Shiron". That's a French name (the Bugatti driver Louis Chiron).
Fun fact, the parker solar probe was travelling at roughly 0.05886% the speed of light!
How fast can human go?
FAMILY 😏
The bicycle hour record is 51 KMH! Not MPH! I'm not going to insult my intelligence by watching a clip that can't even distinguish between metric and imperial!
186,000 Miles per Second: it's not just a good idea, it's the law! 🙂
Thank you for answering finally what that random rocket sled in Crystal skull was
Am I the only one disappointed about the lunar re-entry vehicle being backwards in re-entry, the space shuttle being nose down, and the heat shield on the Parker probe pointing away from the sun?
It's "tchee wron" 😉
While watching this video, I am going at 107.000km/h around the sun while spining at 1600km/h on the earth axis. My couch IS fast!
