  1. Track star Qincy Wilson has been running the 400m since he was 7 yrs old. By 9 years old he was running competitively against teenagers. His dad was an American football player at the Naval Academy. His mom was a footballer and basketball star in college and his older sister now runs track at Virginia I believe.
