It's hard to believe that 'journalist' Johnny Miller is naive enough to think that the Russians will be happy that he's "simply reporting what's happening", particularly when it involves strikes on their military infrastructure.

The key information here is that we can clearly see the difference between Russian tactics and western tactics. Russian tactics is to kill and destroy as many civilians and civilian infrastructure in order to instill terror in the hearts and mind of the people. Western tactics prefer to destroy military targets and the ability to wage war… The civilians in sevastopol are angry at being bombed? They have no idea what being bombed is like.

Very telling I think, that instead of the typical "nothing to report here" denials, and non-reporting, there is instead an effort to downplay it.
That I feel says that despite the attempts to supress Ukrainian progress and Russian failings, word is getting out and people are becoming more aware of these things.
So they instead of pretending they didn't happen with the hope nobody finds out, they are realising that isn't working and instead will try to turn them into something they are not.

This guy says Russian Air Defense is effective. The Russians are wasting S-300 and S-400 Surface to Air Missiles in terror strikes. With more Storm Shadows in the Ukrainian Arsenal, strikes like this may continue happen. The "Journalist's" assement of the Russian Air Defense is laughable, as is his thoughts that this strike is "not really having much of an effect". The Ukrainians are largely making pin point strikes with Precision Guided Munitions against key Military Targets in spite of the Russian Integrated Air Defense Systems where the Russians employ terror campaigns using their IADS rockets to blow up malls and playgrounds. I will image that there will be less teeth in the IADS when F-16s with Mavericks,HARMs and other PGMs start showing up over Ukraine and Crimea. There is video of second storm shadow strike on HQ. NFW that there is only one person “missing” based on those strikes. The amount of concussive force that came out the front of the building was quite impressive.
