How Dangerous Is It to Drive While High?

People across the country are posting videos of themselves smoking marijuana and getting behind the wheel. Every state has a legal limit on how much alcohol you can drink and drive. However, that’s not the case in relation to marijuana. Some states do, while other states don’t. Mary and Craig Kazmark say their daughter would still be alive if not for her boyfriend, Josh Daugherty. He tested positive for marijuana the night he swerved into oncoming traffic, crashing their car at 70 miles per hour. Inside Edition’s Lisa Guerrero has more.

  1. I use to smoke all the time and when I had a tolerance it didn't affect my driving whatsoever. Now when I smoke with no tolerance I feel drunk. I totally understand why they don't want people smoking and driving.

  2. Pathetic. My co worker goes off and smokes on his lunchbreak. He takes a drive and hits his stupid little pen. I wish I had a friend who was a cop so they could nail him. He thinks its a big joke and that "they have no proof" of him smoking. He doesnt smell or anything and he drives through a neighborhood so its unlikely he will crash but still. Makes my blood boil. Same time everyday so itd be easy to catch him if I had a buddy in LE.

  3. Don't smoke or drink when you drive! Trust me, I had to pay over $30k to get my license back!! Not to mention the embarrassing feeling of having to blow into a machine to keep my engine going is insane!
