If we let Liam walk we win 6-7 games and it’s a rap for Todd anyways and a wasted season
This team will be Garbage next year if we lose Coen.The Bucs will not find any Offensive Coordinator out there as good as Coen.
Well, it looks like Coen is heading to Jax. I hope the glazers and licht know what they’re doing. I understand they have made moves similar to this in the past (lovie to dirk, john to Raheem) and they havent worked out. But sometimes a team has to make a decision that may be really unpopular with the players and fans (although not the fans in this case). I’m sure there are plenty of lightning fans who listen to this podcast. They made a very unpopular decision last offseason and it has worked out for them so far. And in their case everyone hated the decision media,fans and the players.
If Coen leaves theirs no way they will hit on another real good OC. If you guys think that going from 8 wins to 10 wins in 3 seasons is good I don’t know what to say to you. In the worst division in the NFL.
Real good OC doesn’t grow on trees if you have one you do whatever it takes to keep him.

It blows my mind that we would keep Bowles over Coen. I believe it is easier to find a defensive coordinator, especially with coaches who is available.

Shocks me how this team is willing to let go of potentially the next big OC, to keep an aging coach who’s showed many inconsistencies this year as a coach. Doesn’t make sense to me.
Well look on bright side Todd Monken will be Head Coach of Bucs in 2026 because I don't see us winning more than 7 or 8 Games in 2025. So i guess Monken HC is bright side for us.

Liem Coen is taking over the head coach mid season or when they are one and done again under Bowles AGAIN. You all can spin it any way you want. Us true fans know when Bruce stepped down it was a DEI movement. I knew under Bowles we would be floating 500. Under Bruce we would have won another Superbowl. I think the Glaziers gave Bowles the opportunity because of the Rooney rule which in itself the Rooney rule is racist as its not giving the best man for the job.
