How An NFL Franchise Loses All Respect: The Internal Self-Destruction Of The Dallas Cowboys…

In the current NFL landscape, the Dallas Cowboys are still led by Jerry Jones but have become a completely different organization as the years have gone on. Although the Cowboys era under Jerry Jones started out with an NFL dynasty, it’s only been downhill from there, and now everyone looks at the current Dallas Cowboys led by Dak Prescott as a joke, so in this video join me as we find out once and for all how everything went so horribly wrong. Anyway, if you enjoyed this video at all then like and comment if you want, and you can even subscribe if you think I’ve earned it.

Ceedee Lamb began to break the door open, he had escaped from Barry McCockiner, but KTO was closing in on him. These types of football stories NFL players tell are all too real, and the squadron of Flemlo Raps and Micah Parsons are also doing what they can to collect their bounty. If only Mike McCarthy could find out what happened to NFL men, but Bengal with the help of RBT holds all the secrets to this day.

  1. Biggest problem; They had respect to begin with. And most the fans outside of Texas are hard core bandwagoners just because they watched them be good in the 90’s yet have no connection to Texas and are too shallow to stand with a team that wasn’t currently great at the time

  2. Being a fan of north texas sports teams has been awful, we seem to have great talent but we can never seem to pull through all the way. This goes for the Stars, Rangers and Mavs

  3. Jerry is a like a broke NASCAR fan that won the lottery and fielded his own car so he can drive. It’s not about winning, it’s about playing the game. Yes he wants to win, but paying someone else to do it isn’t fun. Like shooting your own polar bear instead of buying the mount. I respect Jerry for that. Jerry does what every NFL fan would do if they had the money. I don’t know why so many people don’t see that.

  4. I was a lifelong Redskins fan, and my best buddy in high school was a Cowboys fan. We were the best of friends when it came to game time because we recognized that both our teams were trash. Over-the-Hill franchises playing in a dead league.

  5. In this whole JJ era, there’s only been one rebuild of the team, and that was at the beginning that ended up building the 90s dynasty.

Ever since then, it’s been a patchwork that’s good enough to make them have good seasons, but no greatness. They’ve been stuck in this in middle

  6. I'm a Steelers fan and the Rooney family who have owned the team since day one have never ever injected themselves into day to day decisions. Of course the owners have influence into coaching decisions and such but for the most part they hire competent people and let them handle things. Not so with Jones. His massive ego has caused him to micro manage his teams to the great detriment of the franchise. It's amazing how some guys don't have the awareness to just step out of the way and let people who know the game do their jobs.

  7. It's actually wild that he still thinks he has a stranglehold on the NFL when almost every other team in the league has been to the Super Bowl since the Cowboys last appeared in the NFC Conference Championship. They've won 4 playoff games in the last 20 years. That makes them THIRD in their own division since the turn of the millennium.

  8. Looking at things with 2023 eyes and knowledge, I now understand why Troy Aikman was so hard on Barry Switzer. The Switzer of Oklahoma was every bit as competent as Jimmy Johnson, but the Switzer they got just wasn't the same coach. Not sure if it could have worked out either way but Father Time would have ravaged that team in just a few years anyways.

  9. I knew people loved to hate the cowboys but didn’t know too much about it. This was way more interesting than I was expecting. You did a great job, man
