Located in North Scottsdale, this renovation project included a unique transformation involving flipping the top and bottom floors of the home. Our clients had a deep attachment to their neighborhood and the breathtaking views it offered, so they chose to renovate rather than moving elsewhere when the existing floor plan no longer met their needs. While challenging, our Design team took this project head on and crafted a remarkable space that exceeded our client’s expectations!

So stunning except for that black bathroom cabinet maybe it doesn’t translate well on screen it will outdate the bathroom in no time. It looks very strange or could’ve been positioned on the side instead.

Okay, you asked for summer cocktail favs. I cannot get enough of this one these days, it’s my own variation of a french 75. But my genius touch 🙂 is to squeeze 8 or 10 lemons ahead of time and store the juice in ice cube trays. So now, whenever I ‘need’ one of these drinks I just pop out one of the cubes!
In a shaker, combine 2 oz of your favorite gin or vodka, one lemon juice cube (or 2 oz of fresh), a small squeeze of agave, and ice. Shake vigorously about 20 seconds, then either strain the liquid into a frosty martini glass, or, just dump the entire contents of the shaker into a stainless stemless wine glass and head out to the patio. Enjoy!!!
