BORRRRING! BOOOOOOOOOOO
i thought Rhaneyra stayed and sent her kids home but i must be mistaken
Thank goodness you posted today. I wanted to hear from you last night. I needed clarification 😌. I will click the notification bell NOW. I don't like reviews comparing with the book when it's giving too much (too complicated). You give just enough to not confuse me.
(recap: episode 8)
—> iconic theme song
—> time jump, time jump, time jump
—> exposition, exposition, exposition by sisterhood of the traveling dragons to reidentify everyone's position, name, and ambition
—> meaningless death or tit-less sex
—> credits
—> post credit producer in a ball cap trying to convince himself that time jump = high art and he's not been hired to hock fire breathing Ewoks
(fan note: this is also the recap for ep 7 & 9)
It is a Vorpal valyrian sword… and YES he can keep his tongue
Milk of the poppy is the real cause for the dance of the dragons
Caswell has a sad ending but he showed his loyalty up to his last breath
Another episode of sub par game of thrones lol. Pure crap!
When the camera zoomed in on vyseris' final breath and it lingered on a tear rolling down his cheek, I got chills and cried
This was a phenomenal episode, paddy deserves an award for his god like acting chops
Viserys looked so scary. He reminded me of Imhotep from the mummy movie
Visery’s got himself off the Hightower wock and started making his own choices
My only grievance with this video is towards the end you alluded to the fact that it would take days for Rhaenyra to return to dragonstone by boat when she said she would seee the kids off and return later by dragonback
Where da Fk is Rings of Power?
I seen someone else make an episode 7 recap. I've been waiting for yours. Now u r making me watch Emergeny Awesome…. which is… blaaa. He has no personality and he over stuffs his video and rambles about things barely related just to get 20 min videos.
He be like see that fart. That fart is an easter egg reference too this 1 line in this 1 fan fiction where is 1 unnamed charter farted once
Vaemon was having a Tyrion Lannister moment … remember "I didn't kill Joffery…. seeing your vicious bas tard son die gave me more pleasure then a thousand lying wh0res'! lol
THis video was satifying to watch than the Episode LOOOOOOOL
My eyes actually watered when they made it clear a few times just how hurt Daemon was to see his brother in that condition. Daemon is the MVP of every episode. I've loved Matt Smith for a long time (He was my first Doctor!) but was pretty disappointed when I learned of his casting, But damn he's doing that character justice.
Paddy did such a good job with viserys. Every time we got a scene of him this episode I felt myself tearing up. Even in his weakest days he loved his daughter so much and brought himself to sit the throne one more time for her. And then in his last moments he thought of his daughter and his first wife. Such a heart breaking character .
Found this episode really sad. I watched my dad whittle away with cancer after they gave him the op to “remove it “. Just rang so many bells. Nearly had a wee tear in my eye with his last breathe. Acting has been absolutely on point also.
How on Earth do you edit, script and summarise so quick? Have you watched the series before everyone else?!
I'm more team Alicent than Rhenerya but Rhenerya's children are better people
When King Viserys entered the room, in full Kingly attire. Using all of his energy for one last show of strength. I lost it. Daemon picking up his crown and giving him help, doing what he always begged todo – Stand by his brothers side… I shattered into a thousands pieces. I honestly can't remember anything on TV or in a movie, moved me to tears. Paddy Considine deserves every award there is – for his performance. BRAVO! BRAVO!! BRAVO!!!!
Are we certain that Alicent gave Moon Tea, to Dyana?
So much happened in this show. But Paddy- King Viserys… STUNNING, BREATHTAKING, BLEW THE ROOF OFF. I enjoyed him in MacBeth. THIS is his Crown Jewel.
I find it hard to believe that Alicent genuinely thought Viserys was changing his mind about the succession at the last minute after going through allllllll that effort in the throne room to re-affirm Rhaenyra as heir then host a dinner to unite everyone around that fact, where Alicent then toasted her as queen. It could not have been more explicit. With the king hopped up on opium, in agony, and having been visited by his daughter earlier, surely anyone with common sense would put together that he simply didn't realize to whom he was speaking. The final scene looked like Alicent manipulating the facts to fit the narrative she wanted to act on.
the look of frailed Viserys is actually a reminiscence of White Walkers. Somehow, Viserys is connected with White Walkers
8:55 Alicent didnt give diana the tea, she gave her poison, which is why she was crying when diana drank it, and which is also why Alicent hugged her daughter when she asked about diana
First off, love your content! Second, hear me out… when Alicient gave the servant the tea, and she also said I know you won't to her after the servant said she wasn't going to tell anyone, I'm pretty sure even though she gave her gold, I am pretty sure she killed that girl. The way she gave a hug to the friend maid, and the confidence she had to know that she was not going to tell anyone, that really makes me think she killed that maid servant. I am speaking from someone who has not read the books, but really enjoys everything about this series. Keep doing what you're doing! I'll keep watching and liking.
