If you were a fan of any of the Armored Core games on PS1 or PS2, Daemon X Machina should be a no-brainer. The customization isn't quite as complex as those games, but it's pretty close, and all of the fun and personality has been cranked up to 11. It's like, what if AC controlled like a dream and you actually got to meet all those crazy characters from the arena outside of their mech? Haven't had this much fun with a mech game in years.

I might get the DQ 11 but I was always annoyed that square refused to localize the 3ds version.
Wow I forgot about arms, it was the main reason i wanted a switch at launch back in 2017. But it was almost impossible to get a switch at the time! Thanks for reminding me about it!
