  1. I found the place online I lived there I can't believe they are in business. I go Orlando you don't need go on the toll roads to get anywhere if you take road 50 you can from Colonial and get to Titusville and from there

  2. So sorry this happens to you. I like Budget if you your license and insurance card they rent without a credit check. This place has awful reviews. I don't want to get duped I usually go a rental place that has some integrity, even if it is a large corporation, I love supporting small local independent businesses but one must be careful that it is not a scam.

  3. Moral of the story, do NOT rent from Next Car. I’m so sorry that happened to not just you guys but everyone who’s rented from them. They definitely need investigated! They sound like a bunch of crooks.

  4. Doesn’t sound like a reputable car rental place with insurance. Never have I hear of such a thing and I rent cars regularly for work. Which is a little different but not like that. I would absolutely say the company name so people know not to go there.

  6. How can they rent a car for $7 a day? An average car lasts about 10 years so they would only receive about $25,550 over the life of the car. From this they pay cost of the car, repairs, wages, rent and more. I guess they have to add these surprise fees to stay in business.

  7. Just before I started watching this I was texting with my girlfriend about hotel reservations. She sent me a link, from Expedia, and I responded, I kid you not, "I can't see it since I don't have the spp [sic] … Ugh, Expedia… I always feel so uneasy when you book through them"

  8. we need avery to write in anonymously with the title "is my wife a bad apple for not looking into a car rental place before she booked it" could see parts of it "and i play baseball but had to wait all night instead of getting a good nights sleep" "she ignored me playing on her computer" "I had to load all the luggage" etc etc lol.

  9. How you gaslit yourself the whole time and didn't recognize it, lol…But seriously I do this too. Is it me?! Did I do something? Did I miss something?

Also I would have been done immediately. No respect given after the first bought of disrespect. You are way way nicer than me. I would have thrown shade after the second phone call for the shuttle. I would have asked for an explanation for the delay. The lady on the phone trying to charge you would have gotten stern give me your supervisor and a how dare you try to steal from me. Sometimes Karen behavior is justified and necessary. Gotta be crazier when dealing with scammy people.

  10. Could you please ask Mr Rogers what could be the ramifications for using a public forum such as social media outlets to name and shame a company such as a car rental firm or any other firm for that matter? Thank you for your wonderful story and am so sorry that you had to go through all this.

  11. Horrible experience but $7 a day. More expensive isn't always better but there is also some truth to you get what you pay for. At least you didn't rent from Hertz and end up in jail like so many of their customers have.
