If you are scared of velociraptor from jurassic park, there lived utahraptor that was bigger even than raptors i the movie. It weighed as much as a grizzly bear.
think larian goofed with one of the vlaakith interactions at the creche. if you insult/refuse to assist she literally uses level 9 spell Wish to kill your team instantly. if she could do that then, she could do it at basically any other point in the game, makes her threatening you in the camp a bit problematic
that aside, absolutely adore the game. have put 400 hrs into it so far, finishing up an Honor mode right now. done all available fights except the final big bad interactions. been lovin the run so far. 👍👍

I’m curious about this and would love for you to correct me if I’m wrong, but after poking around Reddit it does seem that GWM works with versatile weapons so long as you wield them with two hands.
Just finished my first balanced run and am starting tactician with a monk. Looking forward to your Laezel build video
