  1. This is Kafka's companion mission. Shortest companion mission and i dunno was kind of boring. Sure talking to kafka was fun and all, but we make no real progress. Compare this to Yukong's and you can tell Mihoyo dropped the ball here. That's pretty much it for the story based stuff. Enjoy!

  2. While I will say this was fairly short, the question game was an interesting spin, especially if you’ve paid attention to the game details about Kafka.

Assuming we believe Kafka played by the rules like she said she would, her first answer was true meaning the second answer was the lie.

Also given what we learned when Fu Xuan interrogated her, it really does mean that even if she isn’t an ally of the astral express itself, Kafka truly is on the Trailblazer’s side

  3. Fun Fact: you can refuse to do this quest if you choose no over and over again. And when you refuse and leave Kafka and Blade alone, you "complete" the quest. You get all the rewards for it + an achievement called "True Free Will"

  4. It really is indeed short for a companion quest, however there are so many lore and story drops, which makes me more interested on what really is up with the Protagonist and Kafka? What Blades says on the last part give kind of a hint that Kafka really care for the protagonist, but why? Can't wait to see more of the story in the future. Also thanks for the video, I think I will do the other route which you just denies her request and complete the quest without doing anything 😅

  5. I came here to see quest after I said her no because I felt some regret, but now I am happy about this decision. She talks about destiny this, destiny that and is stuck up bi*ch in this quest, so being able to tell her to go f*ck herself was a nice option.

  6. thank god i said no from the begining and skipped the entire quest, this quest was just fight, play truth or lie with kafka, and a little bit of lore, that's it. 😮‍💨

  7. I just came here to see what other people did cause I chose the option during the message sequence that asked if she's really kafka and she sent a picture that made me😏😏😏, and yeah so now I'll watch the video and finish the quest

  8. Its definitely interesting that you can spam "no" basically and it actually lets you just leave and finish it.

The lore drop at the end is really something though. Makes me wonder what exactly happened with the MC's and Kafka. Overall though, I don't feel like I missed too much. Would be cool though for Hoyo to introduce a mission replayability feature, because from this quest alone, there is so much stuff to choose

  9. Blade: She will have done many things to keep you alive until now, young one.
Me: Considering that she turned Trailblazer into a ticking bomb, then no kidding

  10. 15:53 she gave me an answer, but either she gave me a different answer or she worded it differently when I chose that exact question. For me, she said this:

"It's because I have a future I want. As I told you, Elio is able to glimpse through possibilities. As long as I followed his instructions, he promised to tell me what it would take to move towards the future I wanted."
It's actually interesting that she will give you different answers no matter what choices you make prior to those moments.

  11. I'm here to see how people handled the fight with Yanqing at the end, I didn't expect it to be as hard as it was but I'm starting to suspect that I've likely undertuned my characters in some way. After several attempts, I couldn't make a team that could both destroy the swords he summons and tank his ultimate, it was one or the other. It doesn't help that I don't have Welt, so my only option for Imaginary breaks is Yukong and she can only target one sword at a time. Eventually I went with Clara, Preservation MC, March 7th, and Natasha, because my team can't lose if they can't die. The fight probably went on for over 20 rounds and I didn't reduce his toughness by a single digit the entire battle. To illustrate how little damage I was doing, the final hit that ended the fight was a burn DoT that did about 500 damage.

  12. All this gibberish about “destiny this” or “we’re bound to destiny” that and yet no one is talking about how Yanqing is even more bound to destiny than Kafka and us combined. The kid is literally always getting the absolute shit kicked out of him while doing his job. I’m starting to think that he might be the Bennet of HSR except that he’s communist and an ice wielder.

  13. I said no and the more she was denied the more she tried to convince you to buckle like a stack of cards, it kind of turned into spiteful thing seeing how she was getting mildly irritated with that "how many outcomes before you help" remark.

  14. Accidentally skipped the entire quest and I actually screamed about it. Genuinely thought they WILL force us to do the mission since it's a Companion Mission. That's why I keep saying no until the end. I thought Kafka might persuade/force/convince us to help her somehow and I'm here all for her reaction. I actually screamed "WTF" when the reward screen appear 😶😶😶 At least Kafka calmed me down when she wrote that she like us for not becoming 'Destiny's Slaves' by having our own free will to change the destiny
