I am not a big Hoarah Loux fan. I know that many think he’s super good, but he just doesn’t really fit with me at all. I don’t like his design or voice very much, and his cutscenes are just ok. I don’t really like his OST either which makes it less enjoyable over time. His move set in phase 1 is alright, minus a couple dumb things, but it’s overall pretty good. However, I just really don’t like his phase 2 design or theme at all. His moves aren’t fun to avoid, he’s unbelievably aggressive, and it just isn’t enjoyable for me (I’m very glad I beat him without experiencing almost anything in that phase). Objectively, he’s very diverse and interesting but I personally do not like him.
