about the diet stuff (disclaimer, I am not a registered dietitian or certified to give advice I am only simply giving recommendations) I was a personal trainer for a time so I have a little experience with it. While I wouldn’t make diet plans exactly, it was something I heavily researched for my own sake. Honestly there aren’t very many “absolutes” with diet (and fitness in general). As long as you are hitting your target calories (ex: you burn 2500 calories a day, (through exercise, sleep, standing, etc) and you eat 2000 calories, you’ll lose weight, and the same is true if you eat 500 more calories than that. *Thermodynamics* Anyways as far as supplements go, technically if you are able to get your nutrients from food it is generally better (although this is anecdotal, it will probably “feel better” on your body) but supplements are just that…. They’re “supplemental.” So if there’s something in your diet you aren’t getting enough of, they’re awesome for that. Iron, magnesium, and potassium may help with the standing up too fast thing. Your water intake is fine. because you’re only eating once a day I would say that has a high chance of being the reason. Your blood sugar could be low. You don’t need meals necessarily (as long as you hit your calorie goals, but the greater your calorie deficit, the higher chance that has of happening) but make sure to have snacks or something (granola bar, fruits, veggies, etc). That along with not sitting for extended periods of time will help. As long as you get up to move around and stretch a bit every few hours you should be fine. Make sure to get some steps in every day to get the blood flowing naturally
While seeing a doctor isn’t necessary, if it’s happening a lot and you’ve tried some things, it could be an underlying issue and it’s never a bad thing to be sure. Love the vids and your weight loss journey and I hope to see you with some absolutely cum worthy gutters when you do your face reveal
