April 2008 – Slum societies signed agreement with Easy Home Solutions.
SRA gave LOI in March 2011
Another slum society called Ekta was joined the project by Rajendra Rajan, who purchased another builder company called Neminath Heights Private Limited

Two rehab buildings were contemplated to be built for resettling the slum people. According to the proforma agreement, this construction is said to have commenced.

2/3rds of existing allottees of the free sale component have consented to Runwal. These allottees are not disclosed on RERA website, which shows zero-zero against the numbers of flats booked.

Area Share Arrangement.

Project was called Freeway 37 till Runwal took over. It seems some flats may have been sold, because CA’s certificate dated Oct 2019 said that nearly Rs 204 crore was received and also withdrawn. Assuming that is towards the Rehab component buildings.

Sale component — Around 850- 900 flats of max about 950 sq ft maximum size of less of 1, 2 and 3 BHK

Excavation, basement & plinth work 100%, 60% of RCC structural work, 40% of door fitting, plastering work, etc.

Total estimated cost of construction is Rs 495 crore, as per engineer’s certificate given in March 2021.

Flat Booking, marketing & sales – 0% Not yet started

Rehab component — Pending litigation before SRA complaint body filed in 2019 before Apex Grievance Redressal Committee SRA

“The Allottee has/ have entered into the said Agreement knowing fully well and understanding the contents and the implications thereof and has/ have satisfied himself/ herself/ themselves as regards the title of the Promoter to the said Property. The Allottee hereby accepts the title of the Promoter in respect of the said Property.”
