Protein Mars Bar Cheesecake Pots ✨
I kid you not, THEY taste just like a mars bar, but with 23g PROTEIN each.

Recipe (serves 3- perfect for a meal prep dessert or snack):
Base:
40g Oats
2 tsp (8g) chia seeds
1 tsp sweetener – I use monkfruit
75ml milk – I use soy
Cheesecake layer:
200g yogurt – I use vanilla @yoproau
100g cottage cheese
40g protein – I use @macr0mike choc caramel bar (dc amb-eliyaeats)
1/4 cup sweetener- I use a mix of sugar free maple syrup and monkfruit icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Date Caramel:
40g pitted medjool dates
8g pb powder (optional) – I use @macr0mike
*can sub for any caramel of choice, even a mix of biscoff and maple syrup will work
Chocolate ganache:
30g milk chocolate – I use @lindtaunz sugar free milk choc
50g yogurt
Mix base ingredients and add to 3 ramekins or cups
Blend the cheesecake layer until smooth and no clumps remain, divide evenly between the 3 cups
Mix the dates with boiling water and let it sit for 5 mins, drain some of the water and add the pb powder, blend in a small blender or with a hand blender until smooth
Add on top of the cheesecake layer and let set in the fridge while making the ganache
Melt down the chocolate in the microwave in 30 sec intervals or over a Bain-marie. Add the yogurt and mix well
Add on top of the date layer and refrigerate for minimum 3 hours and enjoy
