Hi xisuma! I remember you mentioned the intro subtitles seemed to help with viewers but many people complained of them. I would like to reccomend you trying intro subtitles in a standard YouTube format (black box and white sans font at the bottom of the screen) wouldn't be invasive for the viewer and let us read your intro.
