I fixed my inventory management issues with good preparation before a build and multiple Shulker boxes on my side AND I stopped using creative while playing survival. Instead, I build things simply before adding details to them over time, playing only survival eliminates this copy/paste feel that creative technique gives. I also changed my scaffolds techniques, creating 3 wide scaffolds platforms all around the build with legs further away from the build that way I can run or sneek without any problems.
