  1. His name is Grayson Van Gogh he is a far off relation to the a famous painter Vincent van Gogh. He has recently lost his muse after the sea monster attacked his village. Now all he can focus on it the fear of the next attack and who he will lose next. Just idea for the back story Thanks for the get vid Gem!

  2. Kousei Arima might be an interesting name for the pillager. That's the name of the main character from Your Lie In April, and his story is very similar to the story you suggested for the pillager; a kid prodigy pianist who can't hear the music anymore

  3. I love the name Vincent. After Vincent Van Gogh. His lore could be that his parents or whatever were artist and named him after Vincent but because of the monster and the strange stuff happening in the village he went nuts and became a pillager.

  4. This has been an amazing episode. I love the creative vibe and the use of banners as painters canvases.
If you have barrels or anything with items it'll be neat to have sticks in there to show the artist used to make his own painting frames.

  5. If you allow fan fics, There once was a renowned artist, and the entire server experienced a golden age. Every day, the artist would go out to the docks for some inspiration on what he could paint that day, and stare out at the water in peaceful silence before the rest of the village woke up. Some called him mad, and the rest called him genius for his techniques. But the artist had a secret; he had used to work as an officer who had attacked the village on raids. This secret made him feel like an outcast, though nobody knew. As time went on, the artist grew more and more paranoid someone would find out. He stopped his morning walks to the docks, and talked less to the other villagers. The artist rarely left his house, and became sullen and withdrawn. His skin turned sallow, and soon, his reputation as an artist began to crumble. Nobody saw him outside after that. When some of the village children tried to visit, the were greeted with crooked signs on the door telling them to stay out, and they ran away. From then on, the village avoided the artist's house and swore they could see the ghost of the Artist looking out the window to the docks.

    It's not very good tho…
