Oooo…. it really gives this mech a good spooky vibe. Changed my perspective on the mech. Especially since I used to favor the brawler strategy. Now I love having them handy for protecting my artillery.
Okay so like…I know that this one is still pretty "rock-y", but I actually experimented with this one lol. I hope you enjoy it and remember to have an amazing day! NO GUTS, NO GALAXY!
Such an awesome tribute to such an awesome BattleMech! I'm looking forward to seeing you do the following tributes as soon as humanly possible please and thank you: Grasshopper, Jenner, Panther, Dragon, Lancelot, Crab, Guillotine, Adder, Executioner, Fire Moth, Nova Hawk and Pouncer.
Its a shame the early Battletech PC games didn't utilize these beasts, but it would probably be hell on game balance. Even on the tabletop, they're a magnificent menace. Once you've closed distance, you get an excellent chance at slicing the cockpit out of a mech or shearing away a torso.
I love this terrifying aura in the song that resembles what Hatchetman was for enemies and then it changes into a glorious moments for the allies. Great contrast
I got a Hatchetman from the Flashpoint DLC; i gave it a psycho of a pilot, i distinctly remember running it into a crowd of smaller scout mechs and tearing them all to shreds. He gained four kills that day; his buddies missed most of their shots.
Unfortunately though; my hatchetman ran into an Atlas and the pilot did not survive a fist to the face

Slaps!
is the Hatchetman a superb mech…..no it is not. Is it effective if you use it correctly as a flanking brawler? absolutely
