Will the four pirate factions be able to overcome this threat before extermination? Or maybe an outside might be able to settle the pirate differences!
This is pirate TOTAL CONVERSION. Maybe core game mechanics have been upended and adjusted to suit the scenario better. Social mechanics (trade, conversion, slavery) are heavily wealth reliant. Crafting and resource gathering is nerfed heavily in favour of much more valuable quest and world map locations. Plus much, much more.

What will happen if you create an outpost in an ocean tile ? If you place one in ocean, how will they generate the map for outpost when there's only ocean? Will they all immediately drown?
What happen to Baby? Did they put him in the corpse rum barrel ? mr.streamer just left Baby out cold for a long time, didn't address him and then suddenly there's a cut and Baby isn't on the bar any more and there's no comment from Mr.streamer about funeral or anything.
One thing to note (not sure if anyone else has pointed this out yet): You gave Siah the Frugal trait the other day, which looks like it'll give her a mood debuff sharing a bedroom with the Admiral. Something to think about.
You can completely remove the go-juice dependency by implanting a different xenogerm to overwrite the Hussar genes. Either by using genetic engineering, or by having a sanguophage implant their genes into Butch to turn her from a supersoldier into a vampire who just needs to drink blood.
Some of the xenotypes need pirate names. It seems more likely that a pirate would recognize a hussar as a matey 'o murder rather than as an allusion to some sort of old earth central european light cavalry thing.

I think you made a mistake when you dumped the slag, if you get any more, drop it north of the island so you can make 2 shark safe walls for visitors who walks to the island. Sure, it do protect raiders too but any raiders who would get killed by sharks aren't much of a problem anyways.
Otherwise, today was a good day. I don't think you should start sending away any people even if they got bad stats until you have a larger crew. Even unskilled crew members can "swab tha cabins" and carry junk. So set a minimum crew limit before you start sending away people.
