that scrapper on depths rod made me shed a tear
You don't need resilient on reinforced rod to catch the spectral serpents. its fairly challenging to catch them without that enchant, but not impossible.
I've caught several spectral serpents with steady enchant because i wasn't getting controlled or resilient even after 50 relics, and honestly the hardest part is getting the truffle worms and money for aurora totems, and even that isn't that hard
no way i got a sparkling xiphactinus and a normal xiphactinus iwth the carbon rod
