  1. The First Heaven: form the air of the lower atmosphere on the lowest and deepest points of the land surface and the sea level, to the higher orbit of the Moon, where there's most of celestial and climatic events relevant to us – rain, rainbows, aurora, etc.;
    The Second Heaven: from the Lunopause (area of orbit and influence of the Moon) to the ends of the Solar System, where the planets, the Sun, and a great mass of the celestial waters (in form of ice from Kuiper's Belt to Oort's Cloud) and "rocks of the firmament" (comets and asteroids) are;
    The Third Heaven: the greatest and largest of all, encompasses all the space between our planetary system and the Final Borders of this Universe, beyond the visible stars, and all known stars really;
    The Fourth Heaven, or the Empyrean: from the limits of this Realm or Universe to the beginnings of the primeval "sea" of Chaos, in this one there's other realms adjacent to our Universe, it's where God dwells;
    The Void: there's nothing but a quantum flow of Chaos in there, a dark and lightless Primeval Ocean of potentiality, the whole of Cosmos down and back from there.

  2. The hypocrisy of you teaching "How to Read the Bible " is totally exposed in this your first Genesis video ! So much for exegesis, tell me what was the spinning ball earth spinning around before God created the sun ? Tell me if you know and when and where did God say it was spinning in any scripture or even allude to it spinning ?
    JOB
    38 "Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

    2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

    3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.

    4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

    5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?

    6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;.."
    The earth is fixed an immobile built on solid foundations unlike your interpretation of scripture .
    The earth is fixed and immobile set on firm foundations .
    1 Chronicles 16:30: "He has fixed the earth firm, immovable."

    Psalm 93:1: "Thou hast fixed the earth immovable and firm …"

    Psalm 96:10: "He has fixed the earth firm, immovable …"

    Psalm 104:5: "Thou didst fix the earth on its foundation so that it never can be shaken."

    Isaiah 45:18: "…who made the earth and fashioned it, and himself fixed it fast…"

    On the day the LORD gave the Amorites over to Israel, Joshua said to the LORD in the presence of Israel: "O sun, stand still over Gibeon, O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon." So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar.

  3. this isn't the 90s anymore gentlemen, there is ample evidence available now to argue against your "round earth" view. Let's just stick to bible stuff—that's what we came here for 🙂

  4. To call the writers dumb, shows your ignorance. Glad you spoke about Paul’s vision of 3rd Heaven and it wasnt speculation. Be careful you are not false prophets, your mocking laughter is noted.
    They were spiritual, righteous people, didn’t have counterfeit screens which project mostly 2nd Heaven.
    You obviously don’t see in the spirit.
    Close your eyes and pray for God to reveal his glory.
    Your soul is on Heaven 1
    Fallen angels are on Heaven 2
    God’s throne is on Heaven 3
    Jesus broke the curse and so anyone who plants their cross on Earth, becomes free from the 2nd Heaven and opens up the 3rd Heaven over their land and life.

    Jesus is the way the truth and the life, no one gets to the Father/3rd Heaven except through Christ.
    Really disappointed in this teaching and be careful playing Mogwai on your teachings.

    Pray that you get a glimpse of the three Heavens. It will change your life

  5. Worth noting that sky שמיים (shamime) sounds close to water מים (mime). I don't know if there is a connection there, but I can guess at face value that the sky during the day looks like water, so that's why the words may be similar.

  6. Instead of looking for words always plural form, look for nouns that are always in singular form even when plural? Does that make sense. Like deer and deer… in ref to sky in Hebrew.

  7. Please read this carefully and patiently. Once you are done, share this to everybody you know.

    As we are in the holiday season, and the spirit of giving is in the air, let's not forget the most important GIFT that we have been given-

    Who put CHRIST in CHRISTMAS??? God did. WHY?

    Ever since Adam and Eve sinned, mankind was barred from ever entering Heaven, because we all had sin in us. And we know that those who die in sin go to Hell to suffer unimaginable torment forever.

    Would you want to end up there? Would you? No? If so, then listen to this…

    A sinless sacrifice was needed to cleanse mankind from its sin. Who met that criteria? CHRIST the Son of the living God.

    He went to Earth to be born as a baby in a manger on that blessed night in Bethlehem, that's what we (should) celebrate. Later when He grew up, Christ became the sacrifice for our sins. How?

    Christ was arrested, tried, sentenced to death, scourged, mocked, beaten, crowned with thorns, forced to carry a heavy cross, crucified, died, went to Hell for three days, and then rose again- all so your sins could be forgiven, and so you could go with Him to Heaven, a place of joy beyond your wildest imagination.

    Why? He loves you! If He did not love you, would He have suffered all this for you?

    Do you want to go to Heaven? Do you? Yes? Then here's what you need to do:

    1. Admit that you are a sinner.
    2. Repent, be willing to turn from your sins- and do it.
    3. Believe that Jesus came to Earth, died, and was raised by God from the dead so as to forgive your sins.
    4. Recieve Him as your Savior. Ask Him and the Holy Spirit to come into your heart.
    5. Read your Bible thoroughly and pray to God daily.
    6. Pass the message on to others. Do it! Don't just scroll down without sharing. Share this to everybody you know!

  8. I wonder if the singular/plural change is caused when the observer is consciously able to subdivide an item which was previously only observed to be one item? A drop of water from an ocean appears to be made entirely of the same transparent material, yet with a microscope there are plankton inside. Maybe the Hebrew plural of heavens in Genesis was indicative that God uses not one but several skies as His building blocks?

  9. OK so in Genesis 6, it says birds are in 'heaven'. So the first heaven is here, on Earth. The third heaven is where God lives, according to 2 Corinthians 12 where Paul was caught up to. So by deductive reasoning knowing that the devil was thrown out of the third heaven according to Revelation 12, and he isn't walking around on the Earth physically, this means the dragon and all his fallen angels must live in the second heaven. So where is that? It's obvious they aren't floating around in space, or we would see them with a telescope. The second heaven is where the enemy lives and we war with them. And Ephesians 6 is very clear that we war not against flesh, but against rulers authorities and cosmic powers in the present darkness, against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

    So 1st heaven = Earth/Sky, 2nd heaven = unseen spiritual world here on Earth where demons live, 3rd heaven = spiritual world above both the 1st and 2nd where God and his holy angels live. Why make this complicated guys? This isn't that hard to get 🙂

  10. Of course the OT is going to refer to the Heaven as the physical sky…along with everyone else that examines scripture with the natural eye. But there’s an issue with this y’all: God is a SPIRIT and there’s a NT that is in order now: A spiritual covenant. Everything is spiritual. Everything…including the heavenly realm.

  11. 2 cor 12:22 also shows 3rd Heaven. So levels to heaven. The sea of glass would indicate that. so the singular in OG kjv would me sense to a universal flood upon lucifer fallin from heaven like lightning luke 10:18 and being cast from heaven to earth and always trying to get up the side of the â›° sides of the north. Is 14:13-14 i believe

  12. I'm at 7:10 and I'm done listening. I thought I might learn something here. But you're viewing Genesis 1 as having originated from the mind of Man and his perceptions.

    I happen to believe something called the tablet theory. I was critical of it (as I am with anything I've never heard of) until it answered questions I had struggled with since I was young, and answered them quite well, and without any discernible flaws.

    This theory places God himself as the actual author of the original physical text of Genesis 1. As such, the heavens were not some perception in the mind of a human, in Genesis 1, but rather an accurate assessment of what they actually are.

    Also, I have done a deep dive into Genesis 1, a very very deep dive. And most importantly, I assumed that it was written, not just by God himself, but, most importantly, when no other text existed. In other words, the only allowable context for Genesis 1 is Genesis 1 itself. I did not allow any outside ideas to influence my perceptions of what is already there. And what I found in the first 4 days of creation blew me away. I had never heard anyone teach those things, ever.

    Here, I'll share just a few of those things. Long story short, with a focus on the current topic, in verse 1, the heavens and the earth, IN VERSE ONE, was a reference to nothing more than a big ball of pure water, as becomes clear in verse 2. However, on day 1, there was no separation between anything. It's all together in a single mass and it's nothing but pure water, until the light is called forth (which transforms the pure water into all the elements that exist today, though it does not say how). None of it is separated until day 2. And on day 2, God called for the expanse which divided all the heavenly bodies from each other. In the call for this expanse, God did not say above or below. But after the expanse began, God shifted his focus closer to his goal (us), the surface of this planet, from where everything else is above. Once he made that shift in his focus, the waters below was a reference to our planet, from which the dry land later emerged on day 3, which is what God called earth (specifically the dry land, not the planet). The waters above made reference to all heavenly bodies above our planet. The heavens were the expanse, on day 2, which includes our skies, outer space, and any other place where any expanse divided any objects from one another, including other dimensions, even the dimensions where the angels dwell (which are outside our 3 dimensions). The sun, moon, and stars were not visible until day 4, which is when God caused them to come into view, specifically so they could serve the purpose which God stated for them (signs, seasons, etc) when he brought them into view of our planet. A sloppy reading of the text leaves the reader thinking day 4 is when God created the sun, moon, and stars. But a mindful reading makes it clear that that is when they became visible, but more specifically when they were assigned their purpose. And the beginning of their purpose is what the sloppy reader fails to notice. Before this statement, they did not have that purpose. This is when that purpose began, even thought these objects did exist before this purpose was assigned. It is the purpose which began here, not the objects. And yet, the objects were not visible until day 4, which is quite provocative (and fits with the white hole theory, by Dr Russell Humphreys).

    (This only makes sense if, before day 4, our galaxy was still inside a black hole {an idea from outside the text but fitting what is in the text} before the expanse pulled it out on day 4. The fabric of space is able to move faster than light, much much faster. The original mass, all in one place, would have generated a black hole, inside of which time would run very slowly and light could not travel in a straight line. In fact every photon would exist in multiple places simultaneously. Fun quantum stuff. With the loss of tremendous amounts of mass, multiple galaxies at at time, the event horizon would actually jump across very quickly. The spaghetti effect would not have a chance to do anything, for anyone wanting to object on those grounds. In fact the reduction of the spaghetti effect, especially if graduated, for each galaxy, could even explain the cosmic web we see. This explanation is overly simplified, leaving out magnitudes of details. But I digress.)

    And this is why I cringe at your weak assessment of the heavens in Genesis 1, as if they originated in the minds of mere humans.

    And even if I'm wrong about the tablet theory, God still inspired godly men to write scripture, accurately, as in never wrong, and never false. The Bible never contradicts any fact that is known (nor any fact that is not yet known).

    On second thought, I will go ahead and listen to the rest of this video, just to see if you come around to some form of an inspired view of scripture. But if not, I won't be listening to any more of your flawed naturalistic musings.

  13. The expanse is not actually solid? Are you serious? Have you no knowledge of the fabric of space? It is not nothing. It has many physical properties that make it a solid something. Our knowledge of it is still quite rudimentary. But we have known for several decades that it is far from being nothing. It most certainly is solid. If you want to get an idea of the magnitude of its not-nothingness, look up zero point energy. And, by the way, our atmosphere is the same stuff, but with air occupying it. The biblical word does a great job of describing it as something solid. It is so firm, we cannot even imagine a good way to even affect it. Oh, and think about this. Light is a wave of energy. Waves cannot propagate through nothing. Waves can only propagate through something. Space is not nothing. It is something with physical properties.

  14. We don't see angels because they occupy at least one dimension more than we do. Search for articles on flatland to get a better idea about this. The reason why Jacob was able to see them, along with the stairs, was because God allowed his vision to extend such that he could see that dimension. Although Jacob saw this in a dream, the servant of Elijah was not dreaming when God opened he's eyes to be able to see the powerful angels blocking the evil army from advancing.

  15. Here's my opinion, theologically, the earth is the place for human to breed. Then if human can make it, they may proceed to heaven. Heaven only for those who once born on earth, practically.
