  1. Missed the stream so watching it this morning. Related to that UA with PW's, I encountered something related yesterday so I did a bit of research on the matter. Continental's first B777, N78001 – the "Gordon M. Bethune", in their fleet had the GE90's. I was on the inaugural flight returning from LAX in the forward cabin, left side. What a good time that was. I even got an invite to a party on Staton Isle that night. She was so beautiful and so was the 777. So back from that diversion, it appears UA bought 777 with PW and Continental ordered the GE90. All hail the GE90!

  2. To see a piece of aviation history (Concorde) rotting on the airport perimeter is terrible. They filled her with newspaper and drilled holes in her hull to let water out. Bloody disgrace

  3. I genuinely find planes fascinating

    I'm always looking up at them and based on your thumbnail always Blows my mind seeing planes that high up and near each other

    I've only seen once that close mind.

    How close would they have been to one another?
