Pls prayer is simply a conversation with God. It is not for comparison or bragging. Night or day, we can reach God anytime as far as our hearts are connected to God. John the baptist was commended by Jesus as the greatest among men ,despite doing no miracles or signs like elijah or moses. There is the tendency now among christians to idolize spiritual things like how long they can pray or fast. Those that engaged in such protracted activities in the bible did not measure or time how long they stayed nor did they usually set out to achieve such feats . They were simply caught up in the spirit.
