Fun fact the stuff you said about why they are the same so corrected me if I'm wrong but that kid is name über kid think he is German he is cloned by someone and they have beef with 3 character's that's why they try to kill them but they suck pico and the homie stopbthe uber kids so yeah
The uberkids are genetically modified kids to be better than the average kid in every way. The way Pico and his friends defeated them was through RPS Roulette, which is purely luck-based, so the Uberkids wouldn't have an unfair advantage.
The mod is based on the animation "Pico's Unloaded" in which Pico keeps mowing down hordes of them.
