There are places for the water to go. However, this is a clogged drainage problem. Drainage has to be cleared. When drainage stops up, water piles up. Its always stupid and always unfortunate.
The poor people of Florida are then ones they don't show you. The one that are too poor to leave because they have nowhere to go or transportation to leave. Why aren't they showing their stories.
