He RUINED This QB's NFL Rookie Season

Did former Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels ruin Aidan O’Connell’s rookie season? From the awkward Derek Carr jersey situation to rough playcalling, O’Connell had big obstacles compared to other rookie QBs. Michael Mayer also made some interesting comments about Josh McDaniels and the Raiders’ 2023 NFL Season.

  1. I suspected as much… AOCs idol was #12 Brady.
Him taking 12 now is A triple meaning.
    1. Tom is not coming out of retirement, thank God!
2, Now, he can be his own QB.
3, Max respect for DC. As it should be!

    Definitely rooting for AOC12…

Another home run Wi-Fi thank you🎉

  2. He ruined renfrows, carrs, chandler jones, jacobs, and numerous others career. Dude is a cancer. He needs to be casted away from the nfl. Little twirp energy from josh mcdaniels.

  3. Well, if it hadn’t been for Josh’s disaster and firing, we probably wouldn’t have AP as our head coach now…..so I guess things really do happen for a reason. Raaaaaaaaaaiders!!!!!

  4. Rookie QB’s rarely have success. I believe he would have struggled that San Diego game regardless of who would the head coach was.. However the way Mc Donkles handled it afterwards is clearly on him. You don’t throw your young QB under the bus… you say “ tough situation we put him in, he’ll get better”. The guy was a joke..glad we got rid of him.

  5. As a fan, I'm very thankful that we now have AP to guide the team. However, it's a shame that the McDaniels hire killed this team. It makes you wonder how the team would have played with Bisaccia, whom the team wanted as their HC.

  6. Carr still sucked. He wasn’t taking the raiders anywhere. I happy he gave the number up. When I saw that 4 on the field. I felt like there was a curse on the 4 on a qb.

  7. They're probably a 9-8 10-7 team last year if they would have fired McDaniel's after 2022 -I still cannot understand why a team that can consistently sweep the Bronco's trounced the Chargers dominated the Chiefs in their last game at least defensively and won ,whose offensive line is 6th in run blocking 10th overall and has a 9th ranked defense is predicted to come in last ???????????????

  8. McDumbass did the same shit in Denver that he came and did to the Raiders. Even had the exact same record, 9-16 both places!! He would be very lucky to ever become a Pop Warner H.C.
…but the kids would also go 9-16.

  9. McDaniels inherited a proven team that as already a playoff ready team. The first thing he did was to dismantle the team. That is the dumbest thing to do. McDaniels shot himself in the foot.

  10. 9:17 exactly 💯 AND had the super bowls not dried up in New England, Bill billachek would still be there too. I think it's really telling that there were 6 or 7 head coaching opportunities in the NFL and only one team gave billachek an interview. I can't think of a coach who directly benefited from a connection to Tom Brady more than Josh McDaniels who would literally be a nobody at this level without him.
