Every LE agency in this country should have a no tolerance policy against ANYONE calling 911 for a non emergency, should be an automatic arrest on the spot. And if you lie on the call, that should be a no tolerance charge of a false report.
Qualified immunity should be abolished and the police held accountable for their actions.
Qualified immunity causes corruption amongst our government employees.

Jeff (Honor Your Oath) is a cynical con man. He exploits the names of god and homeless vets in order to generate sympathy and money for himself. He donates nothing to the very homeless vets he claims to care so much about. He asks god to bless them, but Jeff does nothing within his power to help. Jeff could work with Habitat for Humanity if he was sincerely worried about the homeless. Jeff's a fraud.

They need to train operators, in these non-emergency calls to get the CRIME these people are complaining about DOCUMENTED, so when the facts come out, those who then reported falsely to the police can be held accountable. Especially government employees.
