Why would he feel silly because it just so happened that the gun was a BB gun and not a real firearm? How could he know that from 10 feet away let alone across the parking lot? There are BB guns and airsoft guns that look exactly like real firearms and pointing them at someone, even as a prank with the other person in on it can get you shot by someone else with a firearm. You just don’t do that in public. What morons do that in public?
