  2. JR: "King, what's the matter with you? I expected some remarks about Richard Roundtree or David Carradine?"
King: "Sorry, JR. I just can't get excited today?"
    JR: "Why is that, King?"
King: "The greatest wrestling talent of all time passed today?"
    JR: "Not Stone Cold?"
King: "No, JR. The legendary Terry Fun!"
JR: "Well, that is a shame, King. It's a loss to the world, for sure."

On another note, seeing David Carradine reminds me of my first Dragoncon. It was late Saturday night and a friend and I were trying to decide what to do next. Carradine comes up, slings his arms around our shoulders, and says: "You should go check out the guy in the piano lounge. I hear it's going to be a great show." As weird as that was, we just went to the movie showings and watched Tales from the Crapper instead. What we didn't know was that David went into the lounge, kicked the piano player out, and took over. They called the cops on him and he got banned from Dragoncon. I should have listened and got to see the best lounge act of all time! Dragoncon is coming up and Carradine is always the first person I think of when I start hearing radio ads for it. I hope the mighty Quai Chang Kane is resting in peace.

  3. I was 6 when My Sister brought this movie home on Video. The next day my Mum caught me making plasticine wings on one of my dinosaurs. Mum asked me if I was making a dragon and I said "No I'm Making Q" 😃 It was the first time my sister made that look that women give you when you've said something that could get them in trouble 😜 If you don't know that look, you haven't lived 😉

    Ian Sara "It Stinks"
    Linda Day George "Bastard!"
    A Simpsons reference
    And a "Christ I'm Old"

I think that's everything. Unless anyone has anything to add?

  7. One of the funniest moments of my life was while watching this with my brother on TV in 1983 (I was 11, he was 10). In the beginning, when Moriarty loses his loot in the street, he spins around and asks (God? the wind? the audience?) very casually, "Where's my f**kin' bag?" We lost it. This was a lot of fun to re-tread with you here now.

  9. Hey Mike ever considered doing another channel reviewing fantasy/sci fi/post apocalyptic movies especially from the 80's and 90's? The italians especially are a gold mine for movies from those genres. Would love your take on those :).
