Today, I will be going over the articulation, aesthetic, and accessories of the brand new Hasbro Marvel Legends Zabu BAF Wave figures!
It’s been a while since I’ve taken a look at a wave of Marvel Legends, but dang, this was worth the wait! For the most part, I was all in on this wave minus the Ironman and the Black Winter Thor, so I’m happy to have them all. Black Winter is good for what it is, as he looks nice and moves ok; just not a character I want in my collection. Red Widow is definitely not a character I would’ve asked for, and while she doesn’t pose much at all, she’ll look good standing next to the rest of my Winter Guard. Kazar, albeit rather basic, is what I wanted from him; he moves great and is a character I’ve wanted for a while now. Wolfsbane is definitely a surprise for me, as I wanted her, but not a crazy amount, so for her to be one of my favorite from the wave was not expected; love the sculpt and she moves around the way she needs to. Ikaris was definitely one I was excited for, as a comic Eternals is long overdue; with his new sculpt and decent articulation, I’m happy to add him to the shelf. I have been asking for a new Cable for years now, and this figure does not disappoint at all; years he may not be completely accurate, but I don’t care at all as he’s so fun to mess around with and is a great addition to my X-Men collection. Finally, Zabu is easily my favorite from the wave, but that was a given from the start. I’m a sucker for Hasbro’s animal figures in general, but I wanted the character, and I love prehistoric mammals; it truly was love at first sight. Overall, this is the most fun I’ve had with a wave in a while!
