Interesting that there's a submarine in this game, and the bottom of the ocean is a area with breathable air.
Looking it up, Woglinde is the name of one the Rhinemaidens (three water-nymphs) who appear in Richard Wagner's opera cycle Der Ring des Nibelungen.
Since the skills are songs, I guess it's like a bard job.
