Custom Extra Plague Zones – Ability to set up custom zones using your json.
Plague Hearts (Boss). (To clean the area of a Blood Plague zone you must first kill the Plague Heart in that area)
Hearts spawn plague zones and plague zombies. Once you kill the heart you can also open it to get reward items.
