    Oh Kayla honey, I'm so sorry it's so hard right now. It takes time to mourn our physical losses. Folks that aren't in that bad of shape don't realize, we don't need sympathy, we need empathy. They don't realize how hard those physical changes are. They don't understand how hard it is on our mental and emotional health.
    I finally took my doctors advice, and got me a therapist. My experience is, not all therapists are created equal but there is one special one out there, when you click together, it's priceless. Helps take some of the stress off family members as well and is totally private and secure.

    Most folks don't know this, but when our physical health declines like your Kayla and mine, it causes chemical changes in our brains. Ur not being weak, ur being human.

    Even God, as lin the Bible, introduced us to Luke, who was a physician, so God does not feel cheated if we next some extra. Even tho I still have days like recently where I feel weak for all the things wrong with me, or things are so hard it tears me up and our loved ones, He has given us these people doctors, therapists, etc., to help us. U are going to keep getting knocked down just like me, harder and harder.

    I feel some of those are the devil attacking us and laughing at us. After all, I believe we are in that dispensation of time, where Satan has been allowed to do what he can to try to pull us away from Jesus.
    Don't be so hard on yourself, it will make to things easier. Don't break your pinkie out of stubbornness. Family needs to get the picture, they need to ask if you can do this thing or that or would you like me to do it. Don't push that pinkie. U are still in mourning of losing the last finger. Take care of the ones you have left.
    Stubbornness is in fact pride, and you know God says, pride goeth before a fall. ❤❤❤❤
    We won't go anywhere no matter what you are doing. Focus on what you can do.

    I miss understood my doctor. Although I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have severe osteoarthritis thru out my whole system, he said that's not the autoimmune type of connective tissue disease I have.
    It's actually connective "tissue" disease. I injure & have permanent damage that affect my actual connective tissue. My ligaments, tendons, rotator cuffs ETS, have become thin and weak over the last 40 years due to all the steroids I have been on since my early 20s including but not limited to injections, oral, etc. because I've always had bad to severe inflammation in not just joints, but also muscle, tendons(,chronic tendonitis in my spine, arms from spine to finger tips, legs from spine to finger tips, chronic bought of bursitis currently affecting my right Achilles heal/tendon, joint.
    I have a flurry of bone spurs from very small to to huge, one on the bottom of each foot, one elbow, spine, hips, knee, under my tounge alone I have 4. My wrists, fingers, both heals, etc…

    Beware of over use of steroids as it can damage muscles and other tissues including heart.
    Though it kept me working until 2003, When I was declared disabled.
    I have trigger finger in multiple fingers both hands. He said there is nothing else they can do for my fingers at least by that orthopedic surgeon.

    Recently tore my left rotator cuff for the 6th times, on one side or the other. All I did was reached out to the left to grab my coffee and it went. I've had rotator cuff surgeries 3 on the left and 2 on the right. There are now inoperable.
    Evaluated for double shoulder replacement. They sent me to a sports specialist in Mayo sports medicine. He said they are so bad, they would have to do a "reverse" shoulder to both. But he said he had to be honest
    With my rotator cuffs in such bad shape, they will be gone sooner than later & shoulders would more than likely dislocate regularly.

    And the list goes on, but I'm not saying this that mine is worse than anyone else's, but to say, you are not alone, and also beware of steroids even from your doctors. Limit how often and for what to are to take them for. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  27. I have to laugh every time you mention Peeps!!! I'm from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where Just Born is located!!! Just Born makes the PEEPS!! And I've never heard of any one putting them in their coffee until you did!!! I've never tried it, maybe next Easter!!! Now I've got to ask my hometown friends if they put them in their coffee.   30. My daughter and I definitely think that Phoebe should have her own show. Phoebe has to be the cutest puppy I've ever seen. Phoebe and the cats would make an entertaining show. 😂🎉 The serenity prayer has to be the most favorite prayer of mine.

Makes me stop and realize I need to put my big girl panties on and be strong and deal with life. You are such an inspiration to me if you can do it so, can I. I don't have half of what you have.❤🫂

Oh I wish I were able to post pics here and I would share the pic of my daughter and her family the year they made Bob' Bugers their theme she was Linda her husband Bob, their son was Gene and their daughter was Louise, the Belcher Family, to funny and they made the costume them selves.
