I was at a race with her a couple days ago and she ran like a 15 or 16 min 2.9 mile and won first in her division i didnt realize it was her until i watched this vid😮
My freshman year, we had a girl get first one 2 races during the season (both by at least a minute), 2and on one race (just barely, she almost caught the girl in first), 3rd on one whist breaking the school record for the second of four times, and in the heat got 4th on the first race of the season (that one was close too), and that was just in the main season. Post season, she won all four races with anywhere between 8s (state championship) 1:31. It was really cool to watch her win that state title, and she is literally one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met
That’s right where I live, Woodward park. It’s extremely hilly so your flat 5k time will be 1:30–2:30 minutes slower on this hilly course. That means she was running somewhere near a sub sixteen minute 5k on flat courses!
