Texas is going to learn the hard way that allowing easy access to guns and relaxed conceal and carry laws, will place more guns in the hands of mentally unstable persons, and lead to more of these stupid incidents where someone kills another person instead of just asking a simple question . You're more likely to reach for that gun, if its right in your purse. When you would have likely verbally resolved the problem if the weapon was not with you.
