I was curious so I did the math, on his last turn with rain, Spymaster did 219 points (he went from 46 to 196 so it's +150 on his side and his opponent went from 191 to 122 so it's -69 on the opponent's side, 150+69=219)
the payoff is hard to get considering the amount of Squirrel and Xavier we can see in the current meta but the payoff is one of the strongest I know of (maybe NG cultist can go higher, it's hard to say)
