Hey mate, just thought I'd let you know that I used the R43 suppressor (50k on flea) with the AKTS buffer tube (fluctuates from 20-50k on flea) and Fab Defence GL stock (10-15K on flea.) Ends up being around 90k cheaper minimum than buying the hybrid 46 suppressor and using the default stock.
