The 60 round pmag also works for this quest. You can get it off the M4 barter trade with mechanic (level 2). It's a bit steep at 7 GP coins, but better than waiting until level 30.

i can not find any 60 round mag
May I suggest changing the rear sight to the "KRISS Defiance low profile flip-up rear sight"
I had to look at the different sights since no one was selling the MBUS, yet Skier LL2 sells the KRISS sight
sux that you cant buy 60-mags on the flea but overall most things considered it is probably for the best. just wish this wasn't a lvl III rep task :/ considering there's like 14 of these stupid things that just blow money and inflate mod prices
3:29 it's cheaper to buy the BRAVO off the flea, as the SAS alone costs more than the actual optic.

5.56×45 SureFire MAG5-60 STANAG 60-round magazine – Peacekeeper T2 (Barter) is inaccurate, this is peacekeeper T3. It would also be helpful to open with what traders you must have as then you dont have to watch the video yet if you're not there yet.

Just went through this whole list not knowing you can't buy the 60 round mag on the flea. Need to wait until Peacekeeper level 3 at least.
you can easily achieve the requirements without using that 260mm barrel, which sells on the market for well above 200k at this point
