Guilt free bananas foster vibes with no refined sugar!

ICE CREAM
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp grade A maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2-3/4 cup coconut water (depending on desired consistency)

TOPPING
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup grade A maple
1 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of sea salt

Heat a plan to medium-low heat. Slice a banana, and add to the pan. Pour over the maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir gently until the bananas are evenly coasted.

While the topping warms up, blend 2 frozen bananas, broken into pieces) with maple syrup, cinnamon & coconut water in a high speed blender to your desired consistency.

Transfer your ice cream to a bowl. Pour over the topping and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately.
