Are u gonna try that new Basma foundation stick that Sephora just dropped today ? I am kinda interested but so picky about foundation I like super light kinda glowy more skin tint stuff and this one says it can be light to full.

I've enjoyed the Guerlain L'Essentiel foundation for some time, it's a light/light medium and typically – it's discontinued.
THIS foundation looks amazing on you and the longevity is beyond incredible!!! I don't appreciate the level of oxidisation though, why can't they just make it in the true, final shade?
I'm glad you mentioned the TF Traceless foundation – this one definitely reminded me of it but I think this lasts much longer. Gorgeous 😍
As for the tretinoin, you might benefit from reducing the strength or "diluting" it with your moisturiser. That way, you'll reap the effects without the extreme dryness/peeling.
Peeling is totally unnecessary and (I've learned) that it's due to an adverse reaction which can damage the skin barrier.

You look gorgeous! Wearing it today to see what I think of it. I applied it with my hands. Blends super well. It looks really good. Beautiful review! Your lips did look fuller but nobody likes this liner😂they say it’s way to painful and the stinging is irritating. Your did rock it though🤗💕your the best!
This foundation sounds right up my alley!! Guerlain foundations have been very hit or miss for me over the years. They do discontinue stuff/reformulated often. Would you say it’s similar to Makeup Forever HD/Lisa Eldridge at all? Definitely curious to try this now.
This REALLY, REALLY looks Absoluuutly Beautiful..probably My next. Always looking for this natural/matte slightly luminous foundation. I think it looks like A Miracle for Me !! I am so excited to try it….and the only thing ive ordered since was the MUFE hd which i love but this looks even better. I did try the Mario but returned it cause it was just a no way for me. I was SO excited to try this, but the 2nd ingredient is coconut oil which I'm allergic to. Boohoo. I'm very interested in all of the new Guerlain launches now that I know violette_fr is their Creative Director. I've been watching her channel for years.

I’ve been using tretinoin for awhile and what helps with my dry flaky skin is using a facial oil. I personally like the one by olehenrikson and gisou!

I knew this foundation would be a winner ,) Just can’t find my shade hmm maybe I will go with neutral, I just lean cool Rosey so often when I use a neutral I turn a hue of GRENCH green lmao
You look STUNNING! I had that same issue when I started prescription Retin A, but the dry flakiness does eventually go away ❤️ give it about a month!
Weird the guerlan is matching me to a neutral beige when I’m a cool/rose hmmm…..I was just saying how foundations are all over the map these days, like NARS matching me to a warm undertone WEIRD but yeah so maybe I will go with the neutral just not sure…. I do not want to turn green lmao ,) Also 3.5 appears a tad dark !! I’m torn between 3C, and the shade it matched me at being 3.5N

I’m also curious what you might think of the Guerlain Parure Gold Matte foundation that was released a few months ago. Let us know if you decide to try it! Natural/matte foundations seem to be what I need because the glowy ones tend to emphasize my texture & fine lines. So I’m looking for a matte or natural-matte that isn’t too heavy or doesn’t gather in fine lines. Thanks for your hard work, your passion shines through in your videos 💕
I am so very excited to try this foundation. I am 64 years old and just started wearing foundation probably 3 or 4 years ago! All my adult life I just used blush. So I have been trying so many hoping to find the one that is best for me. So this will be next on my list. It really does look fantastic on you.
